Must have 8+ years of experience
Experience in the below technologies.
ETL using EMR & Glue require working experience.
SQL/PYSPARK/PYTHON/Jupyter Notebooks/GitHub functions/ CI/CD
Knowledge on cloud Services:
EMR/GLUE/S3/EC2/Service Catalog/PostgreSQL/Lambda/cloudFormation/SNS/EventBridge
Knowledge in the below Tools is a plus.
Attunity/ATHENA/Redshift/Step functions/Sagemaker/Control-m/Collibra/Splunk/Iceberg/Tableau/ Lakeformation/Dockers/ECS
Must have strong experience with deploying AWS step functions / lambdas, has experience with data warehouses and real time data ingestion, and as a bonus knows typescript.
Skillset - Data Engineering:
The position is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable ETL data pipelines on the AWS platform. This role involves extracting data from various sources, transforming into usable data formats, and loading into data lake or data warehouse like redshift for analysts and reporting while leveraging the AWS services like Glue, Lambda, S3, Redshift. This role requires skillset of cloud computing, DevOps using Github/Bitbucket/Bamboo, SQL, and python to deploy the solutions into production.
